Privacy Policy
Baby AEGIS is an AI-powered service operated by BeEasy LLC. This policy explains what information we may process, why we use it, how connected services such as Meta/Facebook are handled, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we may process
Depending on how you use Baby AEGIS, we may process account information such as your name, email address, profile details, account identifiers and authentication information; information you intentionally provide such as prompts, missions, notes, files, images, documents and preferences; technical and usage information such as device/browser type, timestamps, application activity, error information, IP address and approximate network-derived location; and information from connected services when you authorize an integration.
We request access only when it is reasonably necessary to provide the feature you choose to use.
2. AI interactions
Information you provide may be processed to generate responses, assist with missions, organize or create content, maintain relevant context, perform actions you request, protect the service, troubleshoot problems and improve reliability.
3. Meta and Facebook Platform Data
If you choose to connect a Meta or Facebook account or Page, Baby AEGIS may process the data made available through the permissions you approve. This can include Facebook Page names and IDs, information about Pages you are authorized to manage, Meta/Facebook identifiers used for authorization, access tokens or authorization credentials, Page publishing permissions, content you ask us to publish, scheduled publishing information, post IDs and publishing status.
For Page-management features, permissions may include pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_posts, when approved by Meta and authorized by you.
We use Meta Platform Data to provide the feature you requested, such as connecting a Page, creating or scheduling authorized Page content, publishing content and verifying publishing results. Baby AEGIS does not ask for or store your Facebook password, and we do not sell Meta Platform Data or provide access tokens to unauthorized parties.
You may revoke Baby AEGIS access through your Meta/Facebook account settings. Requests to delete Meta/Facebook data associated with Baby AEGIS can also be submitted through our Data & Privacy Request page.

5. Third-party services
Baby AEGIS may rely on hosting, authentication, storage, AI, communications, analytics, payment, social-network and other service providers needed to operate requested features. When you intentionally connect an external service, that provider's own privacy policy and terms also apply.
6. Sharing
We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf; with a connected platform when required to complete an action you requested; when required by applicable law or valid legal process; when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or protect rights and safety; in connection with a lawful business transaction; or with your consent or at your direction.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate operational and security records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Information may be deleted, anonymized or aggregated when it is no longer required.
Meta Platform Data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the authorized functionality, when an appropriate deletion request is completed, or when otherwise required by applicable platform rules or law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw certain permissions, object to or restrict certain processing, or request a portable copy of certain information. Rights vary by jurisdiction.
Submit a privacy or deletion request →9. Account and data deletion
Signed-in Baby AEGIS users can use available account/privacy controls to request deletion of their Baby AEGIS account. A public request may also be submitted through our Data & Privacy Request page. We may need to verify identity before completing a request. Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or another lawful reason.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Do not send passwords, recovery phrases, private API keys or other secret credentials through ordinary chat or privacy-request forms.
11. Children
The general Baby AEGIS service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the general-audience service without appropriate authorization. If a future experience is specifically designed for younger users, it will use additional notices and safeguards required by applicable law.
